Utilities Customer Service - Contact for repairs, service calls, sewer odors, manhole overflows, missing manhole lids, determining cost to connect to city water or sewer system, fire hydrant leaking/running, sewer or water line breaks, sewer inspections, lift station problems (i.e. red light, alarm, etc.).

Utilities Customer Service - Contact for issues related to billing (i.e. concerns of charges, consumption amounts) billing questions, and shut off dates. 

Payment Methods:    
Office:  Payments are accepted in the office from 8:00am until 4:00pm Monday thru Friday accepting check, cash, Visa/MasterCard credit and debit cards.  
Phone Payments: payments can be made over the phone with a Visa/MasterCard debit or credit card. 
Electronic Bill Payments:  If you pay your bill online through your bank’s Electronic Bill Payment System please allow 7 to 10 business days before we receive your payment.  Payment will be applied to your account upon delivery to our office.
Auto Bank Draft: We draft every 10th or 20th of the month. Next business day if the 10th or 20th is a weekend or holiday. Please fill out our Auto Draft Authorization form and attach a voided check. Then we will set you up for Auto Draft. (the form can be downloaded from this web site click on the tab PDF AUTO DRAFT)

We also have a Night Drop Box located outside the doubled glass doors on the left coming from the parking lot.  Just place your payment in an envelope marked with your name, address and account number.

 

New Water/Sewer Service:     We need the following documents/fees to process your service request:

  • Service Application
  • Copy of rental agreement or lease to purchase
  • Photo ID
  • Meter Deposit of $100.00 or a Credit Score of 680 or highter for a fee of $5.00 for the credit report

Transfer of Service within Beebe Water & Sewer:   Contact the office to schedule the shut off date of existing service and turn on date of new service.  A $25.00 transfer fee will be added to the next bill. 

Billing: Bills will be mailed on the last business day of the month. The bill will due by the 10h of each month. After the 10th there is a 10% late penalty applied to the account. If the bill is still not paid by the close of day on the 20th of the current month the service will be disconnected. In order to get water service re-connected, the customer must pay the total past due balance plus $25.00 reconnect fee during business hours and $50 reconnect fee after office hours.

NOTE: NO PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT CAN BE MADE ONCE SERVICE IS DISCONNECTED
