Coaches and assistant coaches must complete a background check and child abuse training. This background check is good for two years.
The cost is $13.50 to submit the background check. However, if you email or bring your receipt to the ballpark, the City of Beebe will reimburse you for completing the background check and training.
You will be prompted to create a free account.
Follow the steps and complete the questions.
In the end, make sure you print a copy of your receipt or email us a copy.
At the end of the child abuse prevention training, you will be presented with a certificate - email that to us, also.
No coach will be allowed to coach, be on the field, or in the dugout unless they complete this training.
You will not get your coach's pass until after completion and passing of the background check and training.
All tournaments at Beebe or other ballparks will require all coaches to have this training and be checked.
In all, the background check and training should not take more than one hour.

Two-hour exclusive rental is $150.
Each additional hour is $100.
The maximum pool capacity is 50 people.
