Is your loved one living with dementia? Come learn about the NEW GUIDE Medicare Program and how it can support caregivers. This no-cost benefit is available for those enrolled in Traditional Medicare with a dementia-related diagnosis.
💙 Caregivers will receive support, care navigation, education, and even a yearly respite stipend.
💙 Community partners will be on-site offering dementia-related resources.
💙 Door prizes provided by our community partners!

The person living with dementia’s ID and Traditional Medicare card.
