The Beebe Planning & Zoning Commission will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at 6:00 PM at Beebe City Hall.
The agenda includes:
Approval of November minutes
Public hearing for a rezoning request on Windwood Drive (R-1 to R-4)
Rezoning application for properties at 310, 316, and 318 S. Main St. (R-2 to R-3)
Lot split request for property at N. Hickory and W. Iowa
The meeting will open with the Pledge of Allegiance and an invocation. Residents are welcome and encouraged to attend.
